Spring 2025-Now on exhibit at Asheville Museum of Art

From the cinematic ruins of drive-in theaters in Appalachia, a ghostly zombie projector reanimates the decayed screen for a new life. Now, they draw a different set—instagrammers searching for graffiti-tagged, abandoned locations to discover feral ruins. The Zombie Screens are a potent hybrid of Hollywood spectacle and public messaging campaign.
